We surveyed 350+ professionals aged 18–50 across Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK and the US. The pattern was the same everywhere: planning anything — a birthday, a fitness club meet, a corporate drinks night — was scattered across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, email, and pen-and-paper.
Eventfull started as a frustration. Why does the organizer shoulder all the chaos — chasing RSVPs, splitting bills, tracking dietary needs, herding the group chat? We built Eventfull to consolidate every step of an event into one simple, structured layer.
